Cancellation Policy
Learn how manual subscriptions and Razorpay auto-pay subscriptions can be cancelled in Zento Billing.

Manual subscriptions
Manual one-time subscription purchases expire at the end of the paid billing cycle unless renewed again. No separate cancellation action is required for non-recurring payments.
Auto-pay subscriptions
If you enabled auto-pay through Razorpay, you can request cancellation from your subscription area or contact support before the next renewal. Cancellation usually takes effect at the end of the current paid period unless otherwise stated.
Important notes
- Cancellation stops future renewals and does not automatically create a refund
- Access generally remains active until the current paid period ends
- Pending disputes or compliance checks may delay immediate cancellation confirmation
