zentoBilling is a cloud-based billing, invoicing and business operations platform for Indian businesses. By using the website or application, you agree to these terms.
Paid features are available on subscription plans. Pricing, taxes, billing cycle and plan limits are displayed before payment.
Subscriptions are paid manually through Razorpay checkout for each cycle.
We aim to keep the service available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation in every circumstance. To the maximum extent permitted by law, indirect and consequential damages are excluded.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, if we determine that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or failed to pay subscription fees.
These terms and your use of zentoBilling are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Surat, Gujarat.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless zentoBilling, its affiliates, officers, and employees from any claim, demand, or damage, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of your use of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any intellectual property or other right of any person or entity.
