Use of service

Zento Billing is a cloud-based billing, invoicing and business operations platform for Indian businesses. By using the website or application, you agree to these terms.

Account responsibility

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• You are responsible for the accuracy of invoices, business details and customer information entered by you or your team
• You must use the service only for lawful commercial purposes

Subscriptions and billing

Paid features are available on subscription plans. Pricing, taxes, billing cycle, renewal mode and plan limits are displayed before payment.

If auto-pay is enabled, you authorize recurring charges through Razorpay until you cancel according to the applicable cancellation flow.

Prohibited use

• Attempting unauthorized access, scraping, malware distribution or abuse of the platform
• Using the service to violate tax, invoicing, privacy or consumer protection laws
• Reverse engineering, reselling or interfering with service availability without permission

Service availability and liability

We aim to keep the service available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation in every circumstance. To the maximum extent permitted by law, indirect and consequential damages are excluded.

Termination and governing law

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, if we determine that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or failed to pay subscription fees.

These terms and your use of Zento Billing are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Surat, Gujarat.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Zento Billing, its affiliates, officers, and employees from any claim, demand, or damage, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of your use of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any intellectual property or other right of any person or entity.
