When you use the platform, we store invoice data, customer records, item catalog details, payment records, branch information, usage logs and support conversations needed to deliver the service.

Billing and payment data

Subscription payments are processed through Razorpay or other listed payment partners. Zento Billing does not store full card numbers, CVV values or net-banking credentials on its own servers.

We may store payment references, billing cycle, payment status, amount paid and Razorpay transaction identifiers for reconciliation, compliance and support.
