General rule

Because Zento Billing is a digital SaaS subscription, refunds are generally not available after successful activation and meaningful usage, except where required by law or approved by the company at its discretion.

Refund eligible cases

  • Duplicate payment for the same subscription period
  • Payment charged successfully but service access not activated
  • Confirmed technical failure that prevented access after payment

Refund exclusions

  • Refund requests after active usage of paid features
  • Plan dissatisfaction after using the service beyond a reasonable evaluation period
  • Requests caused by failure to cancel auto-pay before renewal

Timeline

Approved refunds are usually processed within 5 to 7 working days to the original payment source after internal review and approval.
