zentoBilling is a digital SaaS product. No physical shipping or courier delivery is involved.
Users create their own login credentials during registration and access the service through the web application.
Access is activated digitally after successful payment, usually instantly and in rare cases within 24 hours.
If payment succeeds but your subscription status does not update, contact support with your payment reference, registered email address and approximate payment time for verification.
